MIRTH HANDMADE EDITION
This robe-like dress has a modern ladylike feel and is a versatile style which works for many body types, making it a favourite of each season.
This fabric is made of hand-spun cotton yarns that are then hand-loomed in rural West Bengal, India by artisan weavers, all without the aid of electricity. It is then hand block printed in small batches by a family of 4th generation printers in Bagru, India.
* Drips and print imperfections show the handmade quality and are part of the beauty.
MATERIALS & COMPOSITION:
- 100% cotton - the fabric is mid-weight with a linen-like feel.
- Covered button placket.
- Front pockets.
- Belt is held in place with loops.
SIZE: Model is 5'10" and wears a small. fits true to size with a fitted waist.
Measurements from small: 52" in length from the highest point on the shoulder; bust 32" (gathers relaxed); waist 30"; across shoulder 14"
CARE: We recommend machine cold/delicate wash using gentle, pH neutral detergent, avoid bleach, dry flat. You can use a warm iron to smooth out any wrinkles or dry clean.

The traditional process of hand block printing on textiles has been practiced in Rajasthan for around 500 years. A print starts with the design, drawn on paper and meticulously carved by hand into the wooden blocks by skilled artisans.
